Hakkasan Miami was the inaugural American location for Hakkasan, and opened in May 2009 at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Resort in Miami Beach. With dishes customised to make use of the best local ingredients, the restaurant serves Hakkasan’s award-winning modern Cantonese cuisine and signature cocktails, and a dim sum lunch menu is also available on weekends. The interior design features teak walls and turquoise hues that evoke sea and sand throughout the dining area, bar and lounge. Hakkasan Miami has received a Four Diamond Award and, in 2010, was rated Best Newcomer in Zagat’s survey of best South Florida restaurants.
